The RX-8 is definitely cooler than the 350Z. Rotary engine, 9,000 rpm redline, suicide doors, real seating for 4, and a killer suspension system are definitely the highlights. The 350Z is still more powerful though. It has a 0-60 in 5.4 sec, and the RX8 does it in just under 6. It will outhandle it, I bet. Just wait till the RX-7 comes, if it does. Mazda insists that the RX8 is not the RX-7 replacement. Is there supposed to be a dash in RX-8 or is it RX8? But if it does come, it should beat Nissan in every shape and form.
