Looks: Hands down the Z car wins, should have a bit more resemblance to the 240/60/80 series, but still the RX8 is just plain wierd. Then again the RX is true to the wankel pre RX7 roots, the earlier rotary cars, but I dont care for the look. Why cant it be a sedan to compete with the performance sedans on the market AND have that terrific whistling engine?? Performance: Nissan wins again Purchase: I would get the RX8 for the engine and its great sound, the Z car is very cool and will please Z car lovers more than the RX pleases rotary lovers.
